Hidden Gems exists to serve individuals facing homelessness, substance abuse, mental or behavioral health issues, and justice system involvement by connecting them to supportive resources. Through empathy and understanding born from our own lived experiences, we provide compassionate guidance as we meet individuals where they are on their journeys.
